Tom Cervenka is a veteran real estate developer and engineer with 20+ years of experience delivering industrial, powered-shell, and value-add redevelopment projects nationwide. A Purdue-trained Mechanical Engineer and former PE, Tom spent 17 years with a national build-to-suit developer in senior leadership roles, ultimately sourcing projects that generated more than $96 million in profit. In 2022, Tom and his wife Sasha founded Cervenka Development Partners, focusing on high-power industrial sites, land entitlement, and aligned joint ventures with landowners and investors. Tom has since partnered with Ron Bailey and formed Orion Land & Power, combining CDP’s development and engineering expertise with Ron’s high-power compute intelligence, data center experience and energy design capabilities to identify and convert utility-adjacent, large-scale sites into HPC- and data-center-ready opportunities.

Tom holds an Illinois Managing Broker’s License and remains active in humanitarian support for Ukrainian families. He lives in the Chicago suburbs with his wife Sasha and are raising two very active teenagers.

Ron Bailey serves in the capacity of technical advisor and energy operations design and development for our clientele. He has 32 years professional experience providing the full spectrum of enterprise IT, High Powered Computing technologies, and energy systems development. Ron has worked with vast experience in the environments of IT support, IT infrastructure, Data Center design, Data Center system implementation, Network architecture, Network security, large enterprise IT deployments, large-scale ASICS and GPU computing environments, and leading large energy and physics-based projects. He also has extensive experience in leading large corporate and medical infrastructure projects, enterprise network security projects, enterprise data center deployments along with national IT support service projects and projects of high level clearance regarding National Security for DOD and DOE implementations.

It has been a passion and desire to not only build an organization with the ability to provide, support, and develop high powered computing infrastructure and foundations for enterprise clientele with professionalism and strong success, but to also build an organization with the ability to execute and complete the technological vision of our clients and partners.
